Competition mode is still simulated. ZEROHUE is not a live trading venue and does not create a brokerage, exchange, custody, fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship with you for real-money trading.

Virtual balances, portfolio values, PnL, rankings, prize-pool labels, and score outputs shown inside the simulator do not represent real funds, deposits, withdrawals, or guaranteed economic outcomes.

ZEROHUE sources market data from third-party exchanges and data pathways for simulation purposes. Market data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or different from the conditions available to you through another platform or venue.

Temporary outages, stale prices, missing history, replay gaps, or infrastructure errors can affect what the simulator displays or how it values positions.

• Displayed prices may differ from executable prices in a live venue.
• Exchange connectivity and public endpoint behavior can change without notice.
• Data interruptions may affect rankings, scoring pauses, or the valuation of open exposure.

ZEROHUE includes simulated order execution, offline replay, FIFO lot accounting, and scoring systems that are designed to support practice, not to perfectly reproduce every live-market condition.

A simulator can model rules, but it cannot fully reproduce slippage, latency, liquidity conditions, behavioral stress, venue-specific matching logic, account restrictions, margin requirements, liquidation mechanics, or every operational edge case found in live trading.

Good results in practice mode or competition mode do not guarantee future performance in live trading. Simulated profitability, rankings, or consistency can diverge materially from real-world outcomes.

Past simulated performance, historical replay outcomes, or published leaderboard positions should not be interpreted as evidence of future success.

Competition standings, rankings, and provisional outcomes may change due to review, enforcement, disqualification, final settlement, or technical correction processes. Public display of a result does not always mean the result is final.

Where an event offers prizes or awards, those are subject to separate event rules, verification, anti-abuse review, eligibility checks, tax administration, and administrative approval. ZEROHUE may withhold or adjust a result when event integrity, legal constraints, or eligibility review requires it.

If you choose to trade or invest outside ZEROHUE, you do so entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own capital, compliance, operational setup, tax treatment, and decision-making process.

You should independently verify market information, understand the mechanics of any live platform you use, and assess whether your actions are suitable for your own circumstances.

ZEROHUE does not represent that the service is appropriate, lawful, or available in every country, territory, or regulatory regime. Accessing the product from a location does not mean the product is approved there for any regulated activity.
