1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or using ZEROHUE, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to use the service in your location and that your use of the product does not violate any law, regulation, sanction, contract, or workplace rule that applies to you.
For U.S. users, competition participation is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where participation is lawful. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Practice Mode Terms / Simulation-Only Service
Practice mode is a local-first simulation environment for personal learning and review. Balances, holdings, orders, PnL, rankings, and other account values shown in the product are simulated unless a specific competition rule separately states that a non-simulator outcome exists outside the trading ledger itself.
ZEROHUE does not act as a broker, exchange, dealer, custodian, wallet provider, money transmitter, or investment adviser. Practice mode does not place trades on your behalf on a live exchange and does not hold customer funds for trading.
- No deposits or withdrawals are required for normal simulator use.
- No live brokerage account is connected through normal practice mode.
- No simulated balance represents a claim on real assets held by ZEROHUE.
3. Competition Mode Terms / Accounts and Participation
Competition mode uses account-based, server-managed event records so rankings, orders, transactions, review actions, and final standings can be administered consistently for all entrants.
Practice mode may be used without a hosted account, but competition participation requires a valid authenticated account and any other event-specific conditions that ZEROHUE publishes for that event.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, device, and authentication methods. You must provide accurate information when required for competition participation or account administration.
- U.S. competitions are intended as free skill contests, not gambling, sweepstakes, securities trading, or real-money trading events.
- No purchase, deposit, entry fee, or real-money trading balance is required to enter normal ZEROHUE competition mode.
- Competition eligibility may depend on registration status, event windows, join codes, profile completion, or event-specific review.
- You may not share access in a way that undermines competition integrity or account accountability.
- ZEROHUE may refuse, suspend, or limit competition access where account or event integrity cannot be established.
4. Public Aliases, Rankings, and Event Visibility
Competition features may display a nickname, public alias, rank, and related performance data when an event is configured to expose those fields. Public display settings are part of the event design and may differ across competitions.
You should not assume that competition participation is private simply because practice mode is local-first. Public event pages, leaderboard views, and result exports may expose ranking-related information consistent with the event configuration.
5. Acceptable Use and Anti-Abuse Rules
You may use ZEROHUE only for lawful, authorized, and non-abusive purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass protections, or manipulate competition outcomes unfairly.
You may not use bots, scripts, reverse engineering, scraping, credential abuse, traffic manipulation, or coordinated multi-account behavior in any way that harms the service or distorts competition integrity.
- No unauthorized API exploitation or traffic abuse
- No attempts to circumvent ranking, order, replay, or fairness controls
- No impersonation, false identity use, or deceptive public competition behavior
6. Competition Enforcement, Suspension, and Disqualification
ZEROHUE may review participation, restrict features, suspend access, cancel entries, disqualify participants, freeze rankings, or invalidate outcomes when abuse, duplicate-entry risk, manipulation, or rule violations are reasonably suspected.
Competition enforcement may rely on technical, behavioral, or administrative review. ZEROHUE is not required to disclose all anti-abuse methods, thresholds, or internal review criteria if doing so would weaken event integrity or platform security.
7. Prize / Payout / Tax Responsibility Boundary
If a competition includes prizes, awards, or payout administration, those outcomes are governed by the separate event rules, verification requirements, and administrative review applicable to that event. No prize entitlement exists unless the event rules and the final reviewed results support it.
You are solely responsible for understanding and satisfying any tax, reporting, banking, eligibility, identity-verification, or regulatory obligations connected to a prize, award, or public result associated with your participation.
- Event publication does not by itself guarantee payment before verification or review.
- ZEROHUE may withhold, delay, adjust, or decline a payout where rules, eligibility, fraud review, or legal constraints require it.
- Prize administration may require tax forms or information reporting where applicable law requires it.
- Taxes, reporting duties, and personal financial consequences remain your responsibility.
8. Intellectual Property and Content Use
ZEROHUE, including its software, branding, design, content arrangement, and service materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where law permits or ZEROHUE gives written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the service materials.
Your use of the service is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access the product for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you through normal use of the application.
9. Service Availability / No Warranty
ZEROHUE is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, perfect historical replay, complete market data, or continuous availability of any specific competition, leaderboard, or account feature.
Practice mode depends on browser state and public market-data connectivity. Competition mode additionally depends on account infrastructure, server-side processing, review flows, and event administration.
10. Liability Limitation, Termination, Changes, and Contact
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEROHUE and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the service, reliance on simulator output, inability to access the service, competition enforcement, or data loss on your device.
ZEROHUE may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue part of the service at any time, including changes to practice features, competitions, eligibility rules, or content. We may also terminate or restrict your access where necessary to protect the service, other users, or event integrity.
